UN International Overseas Economic Corridor – Pakistan Chapter
As Director General of the UN International Overseas Economic Corridor (UNIOEC), Pakistan Chapter, it is my honor to reaffirm our commitment to fostering inclusive economic development, international cooperation, and sustainable growth across regions connected through the Overseas Economic Corridor framework.
UNIOEC serves as a vital platform for strengthening multilateral partnerships between governments, private sector stakeholders, academic institutions, and international organizations. Through strategic collaboration, innovation, and policy alignment, we aim to facilitate trade, investment, technology transfer, and capacity building—particularly for developing and emerging economies.
The Pakistan Chapter of UNIOEC is actively working to promote cross-border economic connectivity, support joint ventures, and establish facilitation mechanisms that enable businesses, startups, and investors to access global opportunities. Special emphasis is being placed on digital transformation, artificial intelligence applications, e-commerce ecosystems, and sustainable industrial development to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving global economy.
